Bicycle Mechanic / Sales Assistant – Join Our Electric Cargo Bike Shop
We’re looking for an enthusiastic Bicycle Mechanic / Sales Assistant to join our busy, independent shop specialising in electric cargo bikes.
About Us: The company is 16 years old and still growing. We believe in providing sustainable transportation solutions, particularly for families and businesses. Our mission is to help people to be independent and reduce their carbon footprint through electric cargo bikes.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience & Skills: Solid background in bicycle mechanics (preferably e-bikes), with the ability to perform repairs, maintenance, and assembly.
- Customer-Focused: You’ll advise customers, particularly families, on choosing the right bikes and offer maintenance advice. Strong communication and sales skills are a must.
- Eco-Mobility Enthusiast: A genuine passion for green transport and sustainability.
- Versatile & Ambitious: We need someone adaptable, eager to take on a variety of tasks, from mechanical work to sales and shop support.

Key Responsibilities:
- Repair, maintain, and assemble electric cargo bikes.
- Assist customers with selecting bikes, provide expert advice, and ensure an excellent service experience.
- Support sales, help organise the shop, and ensure smooth daily operations.
