We offer free shipping on everything over €60 that is ordered online except on Achielle bikes or electric bikes. Please contact us for costs for those.
If you live within the canals in Dublin, please consider selecting collection and picking your items from the shop in Phibsboro and save on carbon emissions.
We deliver to Ireland only with An Post with their regular service. Delivery can be arranged as an express / registered service if required. please e-mail us at email@example.com and we will get back to you with a quote for delivery and a time frame.
We ship bikes in a box - some assembly is required. We recommend going to your local bike shop to ensure the bike is assembled correctly. Warranty can be void if the bike was not assembled correctly
We aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours of order. weekends and bank holidays may be slower. If for some reason an item is out of stock will will e-mail you immediately.
Please make sure you provide a valid, active email address and telephone number when you register as we will use these details to contact you should there be any issues with your order or to arrange delivery.
Please provide us with a clear, valid delivery address. if there are any special instructions regarding delivery please indicate this in the special instructions box at checkout.
We also offer a collect in store option. please select this as your delivery method if you would like to collect items from us. any item ordered in this way will be held for 48 hours. if you would like us to hold an item longer please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
We aim to keep accurate records of stock on the website but if your item is no longer in stock we will contact you with details of when you can expect your order to arrive. You can of course choose to cancel your order if you are unhappy with an extended delivery time.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over €75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
In case of an exchange, a delivery charge will apply - this includes items that had free delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item with any sign of use
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 28 days.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
