We're happy to offer convenient in-store pickup for all online orders. Simply select "Pick up" at checkout, and we'll notify you once your order is ready for collection.

What to bring
When collecting your order, please have the following ready:
- Your order confirmation email (digital is fine)
- A valid photo ID matching the order name
Cargo bike collection
For cargo bike purchases, we recommend scheduling a test ride before finalising your collection. Our team will help you:

Cargo bikes require additional setup time, so please allow 15–20 minutes for your pickup appointment.
