Please note: We prioritise servicing cargo bikes and models sold by our shop. Outside bikes are only accepted when capacity allows. Please describe your bike type, specify if you need a tune-up, yearly service, or other repair, and explain in detail exactly how we can help.

 

WHAT WE DO - CARGO BIKE REPAIRS

We are specialist in Cargo bikes and agents for Shimano and Bosch ebike systems with 18 years experience.

Basic Cargo bike service - €170 - we recommend this once a year. It includes the following:

• Frame and component inspection for wear/damage
• Drivetrain degreased and lubed
• Seat tube regrease
• Stem bolts, wheel bolts/nuts, pedals, chainset and crank bolts torqued
• Mudguard, carrier and stand bolts checked
• Tyre pressure set
• Wheel truing and spoke tension check
• Wheel bearing and headset adjustment/cleaning/greasing as required
• Brake and Gear tune up
• Handlebar and wheel alignment 
• Firmware Update/error check & clear

 

REGULAR BIKES

We do not service electric bikes that run other systems than Shimano or Bosch. 

We recommend a service once or twice per year depending on mileage. Servicing includes essential safety checks, gear and brake adjustments, drivetrain inspection, firmware and system checks where applicable, and bolt torque verification. Repairs and replacement parts are not included. If additional work is required, we will assess the bike and contact you with a quote before proceeding.
