- 30 Days: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Beyond 30 Days: No refund or exchange will be offered

- In original packaging (recommended)
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
- Customer responsibility: You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning an item
- No guarantee: Rothar does not guarantee that they will receive your returned item
- Recommendation: Use tracked and insured shipping for valuable items
EXCHANGE POLICY
- Delivery charge applies: In case of an exchange, a delivery charge will apply
- Includes free delivery items: This applies even to items that originally qualified for free delivery
