RETURNS POLICY

RETURN WINDOW

  • 30 Days: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Beyond 30 Days: No refund or exchange will be offered

CONDITION REQUIREMENTS

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused
  • In the same condition that you received it
  • In original packaging (recommended)

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

  • Customer responsibility: You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning an item
  • No guarantee: Rothar does not guarantee that they will receive your returned item
  • Recommendation: Use tracked and insured shipping for valuable items

EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Delivery charge applies: In case of an exchange, a delivery charge will apply
  • Includes free delivery items: This applies even to items that originally qualified for free delivery
  • Process: Send an email to info@rothar.ie to initiate an exchange

RETURN PROCESS 

  1. Contact us first: Email info@rothar.ie to notify them of your return/exchange
  2. Ship Item: Send your item to:

  3. Confirmation: Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification
  4. Processing: After approval, refunds or exchanges will be processed

  • Tracking numbers: You will receive a tracking number when Rothar sends your order
  • Collection option: If you selected "Pick up" at checkout, please contact us directly for return arrangements
  • Inspection period: Allow time for your return to be received and inspected before expecting confirmation
