If you need a bike serviced (non cargo), please contact us info@rothar.ie / call us 01 8602615 and we will book a spot for you.

We do not service electric bikes that run other systems than Shimano or Bosch. 

We recommend a service once or twice per year depending on mileage. Servicing includes essential safety checks, gear and brake adjustments, drivetrain inspection, firmware and system checks where applicable, and bolt torque verification. Repairs and replacement parts are not included. If additional work is required, we will assess the bike and contact you with a quote before proceeding.
